Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QualiGrant (the “Service”), operated by Evangelos Kouris & SIA EE (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing Grant Evaluations, uploading a document, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What QualiGrant does

QualiGrant is an AI-assisted decision-support tool for evaluating grant opportunities.

You upload a grant document, such as an RFP, NOFO, call for proposals, funding guidelines, or similar document, and provide an organization profile. The Service analyzes the uploaded document against your organization profile and may generate outputs such as:

  • eligibility review
  • strategic-fit assessment
  • application-effort estimate
  • recommendation
  • RFP citations or extracted requirements
  • application plan
  • narrative angles
  • suggested documents to assemble
  • drafting prompts

QualiGrant does not search for grants, submit applications, communicate with funders, complete applications on your behalf, or guarantee eligibility, funding, scoring, acceptance, or any other outcome.

2. Decision support only. Not professional advice

All outputs are AI-generated guidance for decision support only.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, grant-writing, compliance, medical, academic, or other professional advice.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or based on incorrect or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all funder requirements, eligibility rules, deadlines, application instructions, submission rules, and funding criteria directly with the funder before relying on any output or submitting any application.

QualiGrant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any funder, grantmaker, government agency, foundation, corporation, university, or other funding body unless expressly stated in writing by us.

3. Your responsibility for inputs

The quality of the output depends heavily on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • your organization profile is accurate and current
  • uploaded documents are complete and readable
  • uploaded documents are documents you are permitted to share
  • any deadlines, eligibility rules, or funder requirements are independently verified
  • any generated application plan, recommendation, or drafting prompt is reviewed before use

If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, borrowed, misleading, or outdated information, the Service may generate inaccurate or misleading outputs.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been misused or these Terms have been breached.

5. Grant Evaluations and payments

The Service uses prepaid “Grant Evaluations.”

A Grant Evaluation is the paid unit used to generate a complete evaluation report for one uploaded grant document against one organization profile, including premium outputs such as the Application Plan where available.

New users may receive one free preview evaluation. Free preview evaluations may include a limited verdict or partial report. Premium outputs, including the Application Plan, may require purchase and use of a paid Grant Evaluation.

If you purchase a pack of Grant Evaluations, your available balance will increase by the number of Grant Evaluations purchased. Grant Evaluations do not expire unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Grant Evaluations are not transferable, resellable, redeemable for cash, or usable outside the Service.

One Grant Evaluation may be consumed when:

  • a full recommendation report is generated
  • a free preview evaluation is upgraded to a full paid report
  • an existing report is materially re-run because the uploaded document or organization profile has materially changed
  • you explicitly request a new evaluation

A Grant Evaluation is not normally consumed when you:

  • edit your organization profile
  • review extracted requirements
  • view a previously generated report
  • export an existing report
  • reopen a saved evaluation

We may apply reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits to repeated generation, excessive re-runs, automated usage, or unusual activity.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, VAT, duties, or similar charges.

6. Refunds and failed evaluations

Because the Service provides digital outputs that may be generated immediately after purchase or use, used Grant Evaluations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a Grant Evaluation fails because of a technical issue on our side and no usable output is generated, we will either return the Grant Evaluation to your account or provide a reasonable alternative remedy.

Unused Grant Evaluations may be refundable only where required by applicable law or where we choose to provide a refund at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where required by law, we may ask you at checkout to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right once the digital output is delivered.

7. Your content

“Your Content” means the documents, organization information, profile information, text, prompts, files, and other materials you upload, submit, or provide to the Service.

You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, including by sending Your Content to our AI, hosting, analytics, payment, infrastructure, and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to upload and use Your Content
  • Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights
  • Your Content does not contain information you are prohibited from sharing
  • you have obtained any permissions required to upload documents or personal data

Do not upload documents or information that you are not authorized to share.

8. Generated output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the outputs generated for your account for your internal grant-evaluation, planning, and application work.

Outputs are generated by AI systems and may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, especially where users upload similar grant documents or provide similar organization profiles.

We do not guarantee that output will be original, protectable, non-infringing, accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular application or funder.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and adapting any output before relying on it or submitting it to any funder.

9. Confidentiality and sensitive information

We take reasonable steps to protect information processed through the Service, but the Service should not be treated as a secure repository for highly sensitive, classified, regulated, or confidential information unless we have expressly agreed to that in writing.

Do not upload:

  • documents you are contractually prohibited from sharing
  • classified, export-controlled, or highly sensitive government information
  • protected health information unless you have verified that such processing is lawful and permitted
  • payment card numbers, passwords, access credentials, or authentication secrets
  • unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service.

You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or copy the Service
  • bypass usage limits, payment systems, or access controls
  • create multiple accounts to abuse free evaluations
  • overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • upload malware, harmful code, or malicious files
  • use the Service to violate law or third-party rights
  • resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
  • use outputs in a misleading way, including representing them as funder-approved or guaranteed

We may monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, and billing integrity.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include AI model providers, payment processors, hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, and email providers.

These providers may process Your Content or account information as necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, outages, model behavior, payment issues, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers, except to the extent required by law.

If you separately use any third-party service, your use of that third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms.

12. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every document format.

We may change features, pricing, evaluation limits, supported file types, models, providers, or technical requirements. Changes will not reduce the number of already-purchased unused Grant Evaluations in your account unless required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

  • outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable
  • uploaded documents will be parsed correctly
  • deadlines or eligibility rules will be detected correctly
  • recommendations will improve funding outcomes
  • any application will be accepted, reviewed, scored, or funded
  • the Service will meet your requirements

You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

  • lost grants
  • lost funding
  • lost profits
  • lost revenue
  • lost opportunities
  • lost data
  • reputational harm
  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
  • decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
  • EUR 100

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnity

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, nonprofit, institution, agency, or other organization, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your Content
  • your misuse of the Service
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of law or third-party rights
  • your use of outputs in grant applications or other materials

This indemnity applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • you misuse the Service
  • your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk
  • we are required to do so by law
  • payment fails or is reversed
  • we discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on payments, Your Content, generated output, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the “Last updated” date, showing an in-app notice, or sending an email.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts located in Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first at hello@qualigrant.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
